Doctoral Thesis of D. Francisco González, University of Malaga
Last March 6th I took part of the Committee who evaluated the PhD thesis of Francisco González from Málaga University in Spain, which was supervised by my friend and colleague Prof. Eduardo Casilari. The thesis entitled “Estudio y Mejora de los Mecanismos de Cache en Redes Inalámbricas Ad Hoc” deals with the optimization of cache mechanism applied to Mobile Ad Hoc Networks to improve network efficiency.
The committee graded the Thesis with the maximum grade of “CUM LAUDE”. Congratulations Francico!!
I had the opportunity to meet again my colleagues Eduardo, Alfonso, Alicia y Jose Manuel as well as enjoying Malaga downtown with my colleague Prof. Ana Pont and the gastronomic delicatessen of the region of Málaga visiting the “Escuela de Hostelería La Cónsula”.
