I attended to the 4th IFIP Wireless Days which took place at the Embassy Suites Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel, located 100 yards from the brink of beautiful Niagara Falls in Canada.
I arrived Saturday afternoon at Toronto international airport, and I stayed my first night at Radisson Suite Toronto airport Hotel, a very convenient hotel for short stays, near the airport. I took a cab to walk over Toronto Downtown.
Here you can see the Toronto Skyline, which is clearly identified because of the Canadian National Tower. The CN Tower was declared in 1995 one of the modern Seven Wonders of the World by the American Society of Civil Engineers. At the top of the tower the «360 CN Tower» restaurant is located, which includes the world’s highest wine cellar, “the cellar at the sky”, created to resemble a typical underground wine cellar.
Toronto's skyline.
From Toronto I went to the Niagara Falls by the «Niagara Airbus services«, which offers roundtrip services from/to Toronto airport area and the Niagara Falls area (including Hotels) at a very convenient prices.
In the Niagara Falls I stayed at The Embassy Suites Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel, a four diamond all suites luxury hotel located 100 yards from the brink of beautiful Niagara Falls in Canada, where the IFIP Conference took place. The Falls are just Greats and Amazing! During my stay I visited both the Canadian side (where the conference took place) and the American side, just 2 km apart. I enjoyed the Conference, the Falls, The Casinos and the food. Here just some pictures of my visit to the wonderfull Falls!
The Falls from my room!
Visiting the Falls! Back is the American Falls.
Niagara’s Falls Rainbow! Effect of the sun shining and wind.
Does Anybody want to fall?
At the Casino drinks, live music, and ... gambling of course!
Overall I enjoyed the IFIP WD Conference presenting two papers and a poster. Meet you again at the Niagara Falls!
